The 10 weeks program consists of 7 workshops and 3 weeks of one-on-one technical assistance. The goal of each workshop is to drill down into the details of its topic and provide the relevant information necessary to help the small business owner effectively get the job done. It is designed to guide you on how to write a business plan and learn the basic essentials to run a successful business.
